Endeavour Partnership Trust

Equality

Endeavour Partnership Trust is fully inclusive where everyone is welcome and encouraged to be the best they can be. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity for all our students, interns, parents and staff. We make sure that we consider equality and the possible implications for all and especially those with protected characteristics.

We expect all members of our community and everyone who enters our academies and provisions to behave in a way, which respects the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.

Endeavour Partnership Trust aims to meet its obligations under the public sector equality duty by having due regard to the need to:

  • Eliminate discrimination and other conduct that is prohibited by the Equality Act 2010
  • Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it
  • Foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it

Endeavour Partnership Trust will annually review how well we achieve these aims with regard to the protected groups under the Equality Act (2010) (race, disability, gender, gender re-assignment, age, pregnancy and maternity, marital status, religion and belief and sexual orientation). The ethos of our Trust and our provisions clearly reflects our commitment to a fully inclusive and respectful culture for all members of our communities.
